Serena/Calem’s Team:

Meowstic (Lv 28) – Psychic:  – Light Screen

– Disarming Voice

– Psybeam

– ???

Meowstic being the evolved form of Espurr keeps it’s Psychic Type and doesn’t really add much onto it’s Defences. It has Light Screen stuffing up some Special Attacking Ghost + Dark Type Moves. A Swords Dance boost + 2 Shadow Sneaks takes out Meowstic before it even gets more than 2 Psybeams on you and if it gets more it means it hasn’t set up Light Screen making this a super easy battle. Foul Play can take Meowstic out quickly while some physical Bug Type Moves like Pin Missile can make of good use in this Battle. Even INFESTATION can be used!!!! (Never thought I’d say that!!!) Whatever though you can practically just stall some turns after Light Screen comes up to let it go down while KOing Meowstic in the same turn!!!

Absol (Lv 28) – Dark:  – Bite

– Slash

– Quick Attack

– ???

High Attacking Pokemon with a threatning Critical Hit Slash + Flinching Bite with a Finishing Quick Attack. It has TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE DEFENCES THOUGH!!! Once again, anything that can take 2 – 3 Hits can KO Absol. Fairy Wind can finish it in 2 – 3 Turns, Double Kick finishes it in 2 – 3 Turns and most Bug Type Moves can do the exact same. On top of that an average base power STAB Attack like Needle Arm and Water Pulse can finish Absol up in 2 – 3 Turns. Without Light Screen up, Absol is a Pokemon just waiting to be smashed.

Braxien (Lv 30) – Fire:  – Fire Spin

– Psybeam

– ???

– ???

Evoled form of Fennekin, Fire Type, Good Special Attack, that’s it. Any Physical Type move that Fire doesn’t resist can take it out in 2 – 3 Turns. A Bulk-Up with 2 Double Kicks takes it out. 2 – 3 Foul Plays takes it out. 2 Paybacks takes it out. A Ground Type move can take it out. That’s practically it. Not that hard really.

After Korrina says to come challenge her at her Gym. Serena goes away. And yeah you don’t really need to know this.

Just to let you know, this battle is probably just a bit easier than Korrina’s Gym. It is recommended to get all your Pokemon up to Level 32 – 33 before challenging Korrina’s Gym.
